Maybe they're not even far away though, if their technology is advanced as we think it is, they could be all around us and be invisible or some shit. The possibilities are really endless.
What if they already live on earth and have taken over human form or something and live among the humans? Hmmmmmmm?????

What if we are the advanced aliens?
You guys gotta think outside the box, we could be hyper advanced... we still can't reach them
A theory ive proposed is that the universe is ever expanding to keep us all apart, so we can never interact ( if there may be a 1 god, who has some control over the universe) I have toyed with this idea
however, they could be mere sponges, as referred in the article. and I personally don't speak sponge, and sponge doesn't speak math
the amount of possibilities are mind blowing, they could be nanoscopic, and we are completely unable to see them or we could be microscopic to them, and they have seen us for years, and are aware of our colony
these kinda thoughts plague my mind constantly

The only way a non-intelligent species gets to Earth is it being orphaned.
At least that's how I see it.
I mean if they figured out how to come all this way, they would have to be intelligent.

Making a ship that can travel to different planets takes a bit of intelligence.
What we consider a sponge cannot manufacture the materials needed to make a ship, much less pilot one.
Unless they were ambassadors, but that's like sending George Bush to the U.N.
It's just dumb.
Thus, they must be orphans.
