 Birth of a Grower. Padowan's Journeyman Piece 2010

Representing WNY with one of the finest strains in the world, my Padowan has completed his apprenticeship with a fine Burmese Kush specimen. Here is my apprentice, Mr.RP Kush, and his baby, BK#3. She has only 7 days to go before she comes down!
These pix were taken this morning, and the smoke is gooood.
I was hoping to finish his training last year, but we had the ripper incident in '09, so his cycle could not be completed. This is his 2010 journeyman piece, Aphrodite.
 She started on 12/4/09, Born inside a paper towel-tek for germination.
Her medium is 1/3 MG- 1/3 Sphagnum Peat- and 1/3 organic top soil, in a 3gal tote. She received minimal nutrient levels of Fox Farm nutes, maybe 3 total during veg + 2 flower nute feedings of Open Sesame and Beastie Bloomz + a final nute burst of Cha Ching today, and straight flush after Thursday twice to clean up the build up. I forgot the flushers name already...whatever, it's downstairs!

She was split at 4 weeks in veg, under 2x 75w cfl's at 6500k.
  
For flower, she was under x4 300w 2700K cfl's for 5 weeks, and has been moved under a hortilux 1000w hps, in an Xtrasun hood, using a standard ballast since the end of week 5. Damn she looks pretty.
The stone is fucking awesome, too. As a premature nugget though, the CBN's and CBD's are kind of low resulting in a short term body high. You can feel the Kush hit you almost instantly! Straight to the head, neck, shoulders, and back, with a full body limp mode, perfect for relaxation and couch lock! }=)~
TH Seeds says she is ready at 7.5, but I recommend letting it flower for 8.5 weeks for a longer lasting couch lock. 
Estimate so far is a weak 15g dried.
Definitely caused by the manicuring and trimming. I say let these fukkers grow on their own, you will NOT be dissapointed!

he'd be able to grow solo for sure. but a little help while he does should make sure he learns to recognise any problems and how to fix them.

very true about being able to recognize problems before they are unmanageable, like spidy-mites, aphids, etc. The book Marijuana Garden Saver, is pretty detailed on issues related.
I tell you what though, we are both kicking our own asses for trimming the Burmese, they will not reach their full potential because. The third one is going to push out at least an HP without any trimming.
