It is, the garden is huge. I dunno about tripping there, a little too crowded for that usually, but there's some awesome spots to hide out and burn one.
I also went to the falls yesterday to catch the snow melt raging. They've got all the rivers in this area closed down because of our late spring, and I wanted to see how it looked in the mountains.
I took this one about 2 years ago:

Half of that's already done. That area is great for mushroom hunting, even saw some oysters yesterday....WAY out of season.
Wouldn't surprise me to find wild patches of greens out there as well.

Oh I have, and continue to do so. Light doses make hiking trips even better.
This lake sits about 500ft down in a basin, and it's already about 1,500 vertical feet and 3mi or so to get to this point. I'm defintley going to trip here at some point this summer.

One of the reasons I love the PNW so much. That lake is only about 30mins from my house, and the trailhead shares a parking lot with one of my favorite snowboarding spots (which still happens to be open right now, I'm sure that lake is completely un-hikable).
30mins a different direction and I'd be in downtown Seattle.
