I've made some INTENSE freezer buddies for knife hits.
the most notable was the knife hit "bong", it had a removable double perq encased in two water bottles cut in half, and filled with water, the only downside was that once you had it made it was impossible to empty the water without ruining it.
its fun to make pipes, but really only to try it once....Even if it hits good I'd rather be hittin a giant glass bong or glass pipe

sometimes when it snows out here we'll compress snowballs into bongs and hit those. If you let them freeze overnight they hit really well!

my friends made a bong thats like 6 ft tall and has like 9 feet of surgical tubing wrapped around the main cylinder its we broke it in today its basically like getting punched in the lungs when you hit it.

We made a mini steam roller out of a blow pen one time. Desperate times, desperate measures. We melted a hole on one side and melted a little metal screen from a faucet in it Man, I love to hear crazy stoner inventions.

The craziest thing I have smoke out of was this double perc me and my buddy made using two rubber tubes, a 20oz bottle of water with just a little water in it, and a small pocket bubbler from the 70's. It took some thinking but we got it to work very well. Got me hella high. Hurray for double percs.

I actually just used a torch and melted open a thumb sized hole in the bottle of a sobe bottle and places a bowl piece on the cap. It became a very successful waterfall bong.

A gas mask with the exhaust filter covered up.
I was basically hotboxing it the whole time, and the smoke was all over my face and in my eyes.
Took two people to smoke out of it.
Got me high as hell. I highly recommend it.
Other than that, probably a potato.
