Haha, all of these are GREAT. It isn't crazy, or creative, but when I used to go to keg parties, (since a lot of these kids didn't smoke) I'd grab a beer can, poke three holes in the side, press down on the holes so it made a level area and put a carb hole in the end. Hit like a champ. Mostly did it because the kid's parents (who used to come home shit faced from their dinnner parties and come out and steal the keg for their own personal use) wouldn't let anyone smoke inside... and didn't approve of pot, so if they sauntered up to you you were just holding an empty beer can in an odd position.

Foil isn't the best thing to smoke out of (increases Alzheimer risk), but it beats the hell out of a can.
