u gotta get a decent source. I tried some off the internets and it was decent. this shit they sell in austin is good though.

Have you bought it from different places, or tried the extracts? Some kratom is better than others.

i just eat my kratom now
i used to make it into teas
but eating straight is so much more efficient

i was eating 8-13 grams with no tolerance and a minor buzz.
