I also hate people who make false assumptions and are too quick to judge people. There is no reason to hate on someone for their faith, because that leads to hate crimes.

I dont like some faiths but thats because some faiths require you to kill other people to get into "heaven"

There are plenty of reasons to hate people over faith actually. Opposing ideas of what is wrong/right, an inherent aggressive attitude within the religion, or if the religion is just a brainwashing cult, although by definition all religions are cults.

No that is completely wrong, what you would want to say is that you hate an organized religion which portrays negative attitudes and brainwashes people. The connotation of brainwash suggests that the people have no choice and are victims in the scenario. Hating PEOPLE for their beliefs is intolerant.
