Is this the Tobacco virus? She is my best growing one of all. Can she be fixed Doc?

I have never seen TMV in the flesh but that doesn't look like what I would expect it to look like...
We need a bit more information though:
What kind of light are you using?
How close is it?
What are the temperatures in your grow space?
Have you fertalized recently?
Are they seeds or clones?
Have you noticed any insect activity on or around your plants?

I using 2 florescent ballasts with a cool and warm tube on each, theyre side by side.
I keep it about 2 inches from tops
70 to 78F
no fertilizer using what the soil provides
they are seeds from a bag o pot
no insects
