 Which fertilizer should I be using?

Hey guys, one of my dog's babies is in vegetative growth, in soil, outdoors. I want to start applying a fertilizer and I understand she should be using a nitrogen dominant fertilizer. I have
Liquid fertilizer 24-8-16
Liquid fertilizer 12-4-8
Granular fertilizer 10-10-10
Which one should I use?
Also, another one of my dog's babies is flowering and I understand she should be using a phosphorus dominant fertilizer.
I have
Liquid 4-12-4
Granular 15-30-15
Granular 10-10-10

How old are the plants?
First mistake from new growers is feeding too early and burning the plants.
Anyways I use the pure blend pro line. Only one part nute and very hard to burn the plants with this stuff.

Both will be 5 weeks from seed Sunday. One is an autoflower and that's why it is already flowering.
