 HELP ME PLAN MY GROW!!!!!

i am having alot of trouble deciding the grow medium for my garden.
I would like to be able to leave my garden for 2 day periods if i want to travel on the weekend.
I also am going for as massive of a yield as possible from my allowed 6 mature plants.
I have thought about agroponics and soil. I have not however found a guide on agroponic growing. Growing a plant is not new to me, but i want to push the envelope as far as nutrients. I want to find the level the plant can absorb and dose nutes at that level for maximum growth.
i am also going for a perpetual harvest with a mother or two.
any advice as i am in the serious stages of planing would be appreciated.

I keep 4 mother plants and 16 plants in veg. The 16 plants in veg grow for 4 weeks then they go into flowering. The flowering space has space for 32 plants. 16 spaces are filled every 4 weeks so every 4 weeks 16 have to be harvested.
I like hydroton and ebb and flow for the system. With that you can push the limit on the nutes but if you fuck up it can be fixed fast without leaching.

i am thinking about doing
one mother, or two later on.
3 in veg going into flower after 4 weeks
9 spaces in the flower room
3 plants harvested every 4 weeks.
hey magash if you were to do this with a 400 w hps
what would you yield?
anyways this looks good man im gonna look more into the hydroton stuff.
