i fucked up (computer shit)

last night i was real fucked up and thought i was doing right, but in reality i downloaded a bunch of shit then deleted it later. now my computer is running choppy and a little slow. it just seems real off. i also dont have a recycle bin.

Sometimes it seems like my computer is the only one that runs at full speed. I know that's not true, but it always seems that way.

I didn't think you were asking for help.
However, run a virus scan and check for spyware.
Also check the RUN section of your HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and HKEY_CURRENT_USER sections and remove anything you don't want to run automatically at startup.
Some of those are essential, so you should figure out which ones you need.
