No, IV'ing Oxycontin is a very bad idea.  The wax used as the time release matrix causes scaring in the lungs.

I've got several hundred 80mg oxies for free along with other various pills and don't have a need to post about it.

However it is awesome, specially when it's from a legit source.

I've heard of people dissolving them in water and extracting some of the undesirables out or using syringe filters.

IVing any pill really isn't a great idea though.

Even micron wheel filters wont filter out the wax binders that cause problems with your lungs.

It's just not worth the potential damage.

I've had multiple drug habits which I've solved by myself. I also quit smoking and drinking.

So I guess I have the potential for abuse but strong will power.

I wouldn't be scared of getting addicted to heroin.
