I know some Formulas in English.  I am going to start Four Gentlemen Decoction on Monday.  I want to see if it improves my Pale Tongue.
I can generally improve my condition with Tai Chi.

I’m going to be hunting through around 30 mixed ratio seeds for some super chill weed. Should be zero anxiety, as three of the main cannabinoids have antipsychotic properties.

I plan on sending out cuttings if I can find a keeper.  The world needs more “dad bud”.

I've found indicas are way more calming than sativa although some are pretty good.. i said that because it can heighten paranoia to a point where you believe cops are tracking you down or someone can smell the rank odor of chronic burning.  :lolsy:

Imagine being a freshly diagnosed schizophrenic stoner struggling with paranoia when a police chopper starts circling your garden.  I ran, hid, then chopped down most of my plants after it left.  Those were my sour dubble hybrids too, still makes me sad.
