Hello everyone, I've got a few ounces of cured flower that i'd like to try something new with, anyone here make infused olive oil ?
Also how you finding using it once made ?

MCT or coconut oil tends to work a little faster, olive oil still works well though.
As far as extraction method, I prefer making RSO with ethanol, then mixing that into a small amount of coconut oil with some sunflower lecithin.
The oil can be loaded into capsules for easy storage and dosing, which makes them very convenient once you figure out your dose. You can use the same process on hemp flower to produce CBD oil for yourself, your parent's arthritic dog, or whatever. My old labrador sure used to seem more mobile after I gave her some.

well i got carried away yesterday, I added 2oz NL to 750ml of olive oil and started warming it up in a double boiler, I will try decarbing some and seeing the difference for myself.
To be honest ive never realy thought about making rso, i'll also be using the oil to make a salve/balm.
I do find this all very interesting and a great way to use up left over trim.
