IMO this is alot of extra work that is not needed. also your not actually suposed to use butter when making "cannabutter" because butter evaporates when it is being cooked on the stove.

You should be using vegetable oil instead. It doesn't evaporate and you don't need to add water or anything to it. Most if not all pre made brownie mixes call for vegetable oil and not butter as well.

just pre heat how ever much oil u want to use on the stove, grind up ur budz, then add the bud. Once its ready u don't even have to let it cool for 3 hours or whatever, just throw it in a bowl with brownie mix, mix it up and put mix in pan and bake.

if u wanna waste ur bud on butter that evaporates be my guest but u really should consider using oil instead.
