Semi broken main stem during LST

Hello all, I am doing an outdoor grow with a few auto flowers. I just began LST training and almost snapped the main stem on one of my girls, photo below. Should I expect the plant to bounce back, possibly just a slow down for the next week in growth? Or did I do irreparable damage? Thanks everyone

It doesn't look too bad, like a good attempt at a supercrop. Should heal up into a nice knot.

Also some tips for next time, assuming this is an organic soil grow, you can add a second bucket underneath with some wicks and a pipe, so the soil will wick up water as it needs it, and you'll only need to keep water in the bucket. Between that and a mulch layer, you can really cut down on the amount of watering you need to do.
