Watching $muln will buy in for a swing trade if it drops to $1 it’s currently at $1.19

I’ve done this play 7 times it’s been in the channel a for a two or three months

$spot is at $98 I’m looking for a buy in at $95 it’s been moving in the channel. I’ve only done this play once

I use a moving stop watch to sell if it drops 3% from any point and just my eyes if they gain over 7% - after 7% I sell at the first sign of trouble

Spotify did hit 95 and I did buy it. With this market I didn’t want to hold it overnight so I sold it for a small profit. I also snuck a profitable AMC scalp.

I got a few things that I’m holding that hopefully I can get rid of before close on Friday

My best week ever was $1300 unfortunately most weeks are between like $50 - $200

My goal is to be able to consistently get $500 a week. I got a ways to go but it’s been a couple months since I actually lost money on sold stocks in a week.

I made $150 yesterday in about three minutes but I had to put $4000 at risk to do it.

I bought a pharmaceutical stock that was going “viral” (my word)

Since monkeypox started one of pharmaceutical stocks have started popping up and then getting jack knifed everyday. I sold at pretty close to the intraday high. I’ve gotten pretty good at knowing when to let it run and when to sell by watching the candles and the buy and sell orders on the level two data. I don’t have any day trades left (if your portfolio is under $25K you only get three a week). So I’m not going to fuck with the market until close to close today to see if there’s anything I can swing.

I also bought a house. No mortgage. No mortgage and no rent. But I have a shit ton of work to do on it.

$USEA jumped 200% today. I hitched a ride for 10% on $1000 buy.

Hundred bucks in three minutes. For the week $300 in sold profits. On pace to make $1000 this month.

Did not make any swing trade buys today. Spotify hit $95 yesterday (or Wednesday???) which is where I wanted to buy but I was running an errand and missed the opportunity.

I played Redbox for 1 minute and made $165

When it’s that volatile it can jackknife at any second. It gained a lot more and held but there’s no way I can read the data that quickly. Plus it got halted twice. I don’t play woulda coulda shoulda. Looks like Spotify might be going into a new channel. $Muln hit $1 again today so I bought trying to make the same play for the 10th or 11th time. It’s up a little over 1% so if that holds I’ll sell it first thing when the market it opens. I don’t care if it’s 1% or 7%. I mean I care but it doesn’t change my strategy which is buy at a dollar and sell the next day or a few days later as soon as it’s over a dollar. It has hit 0.56  this year. I guess it’s gonna get me one if these days. I think it’s a bullshit company that’s never going anywhere. I don’t even know or care if there’s any real future for electric vehicles. They’re not any better for the environment and the rivers that support hydroelectric dams are drying up.  I made a profitable swing trade with Tesla last week anyway. I don’t even remember what made me think it was a good play. Oh yeah, the earning statement came out. I just figured anything that put the name out will cause a bump and it did. I also made a day trade on the triple inverse leverage against the spy. I forget the ticker. I also don’t care that nobody cares. It helps me to document my plays.

I guess ultimately it is gambling but I believe with the right knowledge and preparation you can tilt the odds into your favor. I’ve decided to limit the number of stocks I own at two. Currently I only have one. My days trades were largely successful. Today I lost a bit trading Bed Bath and Beyond which was frustrating because if I held on another hour or two I would’ve been up. Still I’m up $1200 over the past 30 days and I’m using that as the most important metric. My ups and downs should be more ups than downs over time and I’m using thirty days as the measure. If it dips under $1000 I need to seriously reevaluate what I’m doing.

As for the difference between Metatrader 4 and 5, I've heard that MT5 is supposed to have more advanced features and better performance. But I haven't used either platform myself, so I can't really say for sure."
