That's what I was shooting for.
So far though, it seems like a lot of singing. Normally the song breaks off and a "movie" begins. Perhaps when your brain is melting like molten wax the song "drive" will ultimately end up beneficial. Time will tell.
Props on the deadly nightshade referrence right out of the gate though. Hella.
Edit.. either way though, I picked it up also to pick it apart. I've bought more than one flick simply for the documentary/commentary/featurette.. That click by click slow motion animation is fucking dope. The Corpse Bride is another good Tim Burton pic.
All in all, that style amazes me. It's pretty cool in my eyes. Somehow missed this one until just now..

I can't stand musicals. That's funny you noticed the nightshade though, that is one part of that movie that always stuck out to me as well. I once worked on a farm where I had to separate deadly nightshade berries from black beans, such a pain in the ass.
If you guys didn't watch the racist field trip video I posted you are missing out.

I remember al pacino not Sandra bullock I need to watch that movie again I guess. It's hard to forget the scene at the beginning when they use an 18 wheeler to rob an armored truck.
