RIP Rob Ford

Rob Ford ­­— the most bombastic, unconventional and tough-talking politician in Toronto — is dead.
The former mayor died Tuesday at the age of 46.
Ford is survived by his wife, Renata, and his two young children, Stephanie and Dougie.
The death of the Ward 2-Etobicoke North councillor comes almost two years into his battle with cancer. Ford was diagnosed in September 2014 with pleomorphic liposarcoma.

He was very controversial and a lot of people couldn't get past his flaws to see that he was one of those uber rare politicians that did what he said he was going to do, was transparent, and sincerely loved his constituents and his city.

I know, right? I guess the story was that he was a pretty good politician,
but no one could get over the fact that he smoked a little rock.

If everything's going well, and he's doing a good job- who cares?

It reminds me of the whole Clinton blow-jay situation, don't get me started.
