if you dont know the story. Torontos mayor has been smokin crack. his crack dealer took a video of him smokin rock and goin on a rant. Then the crack dealer showed the footage to the media. After it was confirmed to be him. the crack dealer wants 200k to release the footage.

There was a mayor of Detroit that resigned after a video surfaced of him smoking crack with hookers.
Way more people probably smoke crack than you tend to think. The wealthy ones are the least suspected because they can still afford to eat and so don't take on the usual appearance of the crackhead stereotype.
George Clinton loves him some crack.
I think most of it goes back to the late 1970's and 1980's. Cocaine was much more socially acceptable back then, there were even prominent celebrities pushing for the legalization of cocaine. Hightimes ran ads for coke spoons and stash jars. Then freebase and eventually crack got popular and all the hardcore cokeheads eventually tried crack. The wealthy ones that could afford to prolong that 15min buzz (which eventually only lasts for as long as the smoke is in your lungs, no joke) became the crackheads we would never suspect. Like Rob Ford.
