Now can we get back on topic? I'm just gonna use the ignore function on Amanita. This is 336's topic about trying to get into the military. It's like no matter what topic I'm actually in it's just the same stream of Amanita having a melt down. It's really pathetic and I'm starting to feel bad about it.
I'm not trying to be a dick, I was actually thinking about it earlier driving home and I'm really starting to consider that whoever Amanita actually is, might actually be someone with some kind of sickness and I really don't want to be bullying a disabled kid and stressing someone out in real life like that. Just starting to feel sorry for the guy and I'm not having fun anymore. It's like fighting a wet paper bag with a rake and I don't want to fuck with him anymore, I actually really hope he ends up finding help somewhere and gains a better relationship with his self-esteem.

Well anyway, sorry for muddying up your thread and sorry I basically wrote you a fucking book as a PM, that may not have been what you were asking for I got kind of sucked into it while I was writing it for some reason and I realized after it may not have actually answered specifics you may have been concerned about.
If you have anymore technical questions about the enlistment process or MEPS let me know. I don't come here for the bs arguments, there's a couple of good people on this forum and I come here for them.

No problem bro. It's all good. I finally got around to replying, I would have sooner, but I just wanted to have enough time to write a proper response.

Hell the family tries to keep it hushed up so I can only imagine how crazy he was when he was drinking. Somehow he managed to stop though... (probably when he started getting prescribed vics and oxys lol)
I understand though man. People try and forget history, especially those who weren't on the receiving end. But deep down our spirits' still feel the pain of our ancestors. I'm almost positive that is one of the leading causes of substance abuse in the native communities tbh.

True that. The atrocities have continued all the way up until at least the 70s and perhaps even later. I mean they were purposefully sterilizing native women up til that and perhaps even later... Not to mention the countless cases of native women being abducted, raped, and murdered by whites because the police didn't give two shits and rarely bothered to investigate. Or the kids that are still being stolen from families on the rez by adoption agencies who have been proven to be running scams as the government literally pays these agencies more money per native child than other children... Shit is fucked up; and that's just scratching the surface.

Haha, I have an indian buddy that drinks a lot too, he gets wild when he drinks some whiskey. He always tells me, "the only difference between a dog and a drunk indian is the dog is house trained" lol. My buddy is Ottawa indian. Anishinaabe.
