I know 90% of you will disagree but my personal exp. of drying weed in a attic or car trunk type environment (with dry hotter than ambient air temp )is that the higher heat more thoroughly dries plant material while the resin is less water imisible to its environment degrading at a slower than say super cooked plant material...I hope this makes since

Don't ever quick dry your weed. If it is quick dried its not really weed for smoking it is just hemp. If you keep your weed in jars and you slowly cure your weed you are smart and a logical consumer you enjoy the taste and effect of properly cured marijuana. Most people I know understand they have to use a jar and cure the weed but they just cant do it right! They always hand me this weed that's either too dry and obviously uncured because they dried it to fast and then stuck it in a jar. That is not going to cure at all with no moisture. Or they will just hand you wet weed and you cant even get high off the shit.
THIS IS HOW I DO IT: Fist I cut down the buds and hang them. They dry for no more than three and 1/2 days or just till the outside is seared kinda like a steak it will be dry on the outside but the inside will still have moisture you can tell by squeezing a bud if it skwushes into a ball it still has moisture content. You need like 30% moisture if you are gonna slowly cure the weed if its already dry the only option is to add moisture and that's gross desperate and retarded! Cure the weed like anyone else would tell you just open and burp on the warmest part of the day for a repeated amount of time. I believe the longer it takes the more thoroughly it will cure. I usually do horrible with Sativa because it dries too fast and fast dried weed is hemp not weed. Anyways I have this flat of jars maybe like two pounds and they have just a little bit too much moisture to burn strait out of the jar but now that it cured for so long I can just lay a joints worth out in the sun for maybe 5 mins and it burns perfect, It taste amazing and the smell comes out strong and this gets me higher off one hit than any weed I've ever smoked. I don't mean like smoking a giant joint high. I mean like taking one hit and feeling like it has sherms in it or something. But if i don't evaporate that tiny bit of storage moisture its just everyone else's crap. I love this because I have so much of it its perfect. Hope this gets through to somebody I watch dumbasses choke on wet/too dry weed everyday they be like fire in the hole and i'm like uh no thanks that's not gonna get me high.

So I got some mason jars out today
I got 3 quarter pints and 2 half pints
can't wait to see how this shit taste in a few weeks when the chlorofil is gone
I know when I'm high though I'm very stupid

I cut them down, trim them, snip off the big stems and leave them on a counter top for like 4 days to dry. Then in the jar with the lid open for a few days, lid on overnight and off during the day for a few days, then lid on during the day and off overnight, then on and never off until I smoke.
I have buds from last year that are still good
