I get comedowns from cocaine that put me in a super depressive state. I get comedowns from smack that just make me irritable but that passes quick.

A 'come down' is just being high and then no longer being high. It doesn't have to be negative.

well i am referring to the negative aspect of it.

like depression, fevers, sweating, clamminess, things of that nature

i mean, or course i come down in the sense that i dont stay high forever. thats just silly.

the only thing i dont like about stimulants (meth in particular) is the nasty sweat you get. where your not really sweating, but you can feel that layer of nasty on your skin
