Ive always done 18/6 for veg and 12/12 for flower :ganja:

I get circadian rhythms but is the variance good or the same in the end?

Thats pretty neat.
Currently I run 24 veg because I always have so many young clones in the same room.
Then 11 on 13 off in flowering.

This sounds cool though

I bet that light schedule for flowering in your OP is simulating Fall/Winter, as the day gets shorter and shorter.

Very interesting.

Would be cool to compare side-to-side two clones with a 12/12 versus that gradually-shortening day cycle in your OP.
