CO2 supplementing

I have a small, walk-in closet for flowering. I have about 6 plants at any given time in there. If I don't want to spend a lot of money on CO2 regulators and a whole system what's the next best way to get an adequate amount of CO2 in there?

Brew a nice Belgian Saison or Dark Strong and run the blowoff piping into your closet to a gallon milk jug 1/2 filled with water.

I don't know the prices of the C02 regulators you're reffering to, but i'm in the process of setting up my flowering closet and I bought another door (I don't own house) so I can cut into it.
I bought a window fan with two fans, each one can be reversed separate from the other, I just need to build a box over the fan to keep light out but still let air in. I've spent about $150 on door and fan, the wood/screen to go over the fan shouldn't be more than 20 dollars.
I'll have one fan pushing air in to keep closet cool it will also add C02, and the other fan to suck air out for the same reasons. don't know if this will help you just thought I'd throw the idea out there.

Awful advice. That won't out out enough CO2 to do a good Damn thing.

These also do not put out bar enough to keep up with MJ.
That being said, must large scale growers have abandoned co2 supplementation all together. They are using mass air flow now. The rule if thumb is replacing the air in your about 3 to 4 times a minute. So calculate your cubic feet and you will know how much you need to exchange

A carboy of wine etc is going to put off around 3-4 lbs of co2, mostly over the course of 3 weeks. ie. mostly from the primary.
Although not practical it's more than possible if you do some calculations as to your rooms cubic foot measurement, the volume of air you're exchanging each hour, and match that to get a 1000 ppm co2 average. You would be brewing a crap ton of booze. Likely a minimal of 1 carboy per 2-3 weeks.
Hawk, does your internet browser have a spell check feature? Your posts are painful to read.

Do you realize how much co2 6 pants are going to use based on their size? I've tried these methods, they suck.
And you're painful to look at. Swype text can be inaccurate, and I don't give a shit if it makes your life a little uncomfortable

You base co2 injection on the size of plant?
Here I was thinking people just aim for a constant 1000-1500ppm. Mind blown, teach me more.

You think those are going to get you to that ppm? You're kidding yourself

Hey I was just joking on the fermentation/grow room idea although I do like the idea in theory. Didn't mean to start the CO2 war.

Look I know adding co2 helps there is just to much evidence. I a long time ago decided to go to constant airflow threw my garden rather then closing it up, adding co2 to the right level. (plus those fucking things that read the levels use to cost a pretty fucking penny back in the day) and how much did my garden suffer without the co2....not one fucking bit of difference in yield or growth speed.
Most all the breeders I know of are going to constant airflow. I'm sure Koons is about to tell me about a Canadian breeder who uses nothing but co2 made from the farts of chimpanzees and has growth rates of over a foot a day and a pound of added bud per hour but other then that guy I'd go with airflow. Easier to control humidity, temps and so on and I've yet to see it make a bit of difference in anybody's yield or growth rates other then some crap on youtube.
