So, have any of yall experienced the affects of HPPD?
Mine came on strong enough to be noticable after I had my first salvia trip. Shit gets messed up if I stare at a clear blue sky; I see sparkles and waves and a million floaters. If I look at popcorn ceiling, it breathes in my peripheral vision. Also if I look at really tiny stripes they don't sit still; it's like they jump around and change colors.
My vision is getting worse in my right eye really quickly for some reason, and that's only making my HPPD worse as well.
I have also heard anxiety can make it worse.
Just some food for thought

The white dots against a blue surface isn't drug induced. It is natural for everyone to experience.
Your vision will get more normal over time. Definitely quit psychedelics for a while and I hate to say it but omitting weed for a while would be a good idea too.

After a really strong LSD trip almost 10 years ago I dealt with halos around lights and things distorting that lasted for I think 3 years. It sucked at first but I got used to it, luckily it went away.

Yeah I've taken a break from psyches for a little under a year so far. After I stopped, I noticed weird hues of purple/red in my peripherals imposed over whatever object was in that spot of my feild of vision. It has died down a lot of any other visual distortions have ceased. I'm sure it would have gone away faster if I stopped smoking weed but it's pretty much done with.

That was my attitude as well. I never stopped smoking and it has mostly gone away but I'm sure if I was sober the entire time I would've noticed a more drastic improvement.

I have mild HPPD from mixing and abusing DXM and DPH too often in high school. It used to be awful but now it is slowly subsiding and is more amusing than anything else.

Yeah the DPH is what did it to me. I fucking loved that shit. For years I used to see red and blue outlines around shit, like how stuff is printed for those 3D glasses.
I get the fuzziness in the sky still. Like TV static in the blue sky. Sometimes dots of light in dark rooms. Sometimes a large, fast spider that moves before I can look at it in my peripherals. Not a spider spider, but what I would describe as a spidery shape.
Fuck tha police. Never bothered me, makes things more interesting if anything.
