Done. I have 2 bio kids and 1 adopted. We are pretty happy with what we have.
Outpatient surgery lasted less than 45 minutes. Pain was very manageable with vicodin.

I would definitely get it in conjunction with her getting her tubes tied, but only once I'm sure that I don't want any more kids (or any to begin with).
