Please give a warm welcome to our newest moderator, mel_lonta_tauda. 
As an even keeled and well respected member of this forum, I am confident that he will be able to provide some balance to the existing active moderator pool here. I know that some of you have been concerned about additional moderation in this forum and we are doing our best to be mindful of your concerns while making sure that the forum maintains some level of order and remains inviting to new members. I do believe that the current lot of moderators will offer a variety of opinion in conjunction with an honest effort to make the Growery a better place.
As much as I realize that many of you wish this forum to be completely free from moderation, I'll tell you right now that that simply won't happen. However, we will do what we can to keep this place interesting and enjoyable for the greatest number of people and therefore offer the highest utility to our members. Unfortunately for some of you, that means that we will be clamping down on overt racism, trolling and otherwise abusive behavior.
I appreciate all of you who have taken the time to participate here and help the Growery grow. I hope that you will stick around for the long haul, but I also hope that if you truly cannot vibe with our policies that you take your leave peacefully rather than rebel for the sake of rebelling. Causing a disturbance will only serve to create a reactionary element from our staff which won't be helping anyone, most certainly your cause. If you ever have constructive criticisms or ideas, please don't hesitate to bring them up in our WA&F forum or you can shoot me a PM anytime.
Here's looking forward to the continued development of this new community over the coming months, years, and decades!

I dont think that will be a problem with mel he seems real and down to earth. Ltd isnt all bad if anything he may be to leanient at times and KP has done anything I could speak against since he has become a mod I guess.
