it looks poorly trimmed, at first i thought i saw pollen sacks, but i think those are seeds.
i believe they harvested prematurely as well. looks like someones first home grow.

It's not about having low standards, to me it's about being grateful for even having such a plant that we can enjoy. I like to think that I don't take maryjane for granted. 
And yes hash would be a viable solution.
