1. Are you growing from seed or clones? ---Seeds, particularly malana bomb autoflower and CBD blue shark 2. How old are your plants? ---3 weeks from germination 3. How tall are your plants? ---6 inches maybe 4. What size containers are they planted in? ---4 inch pots 5. What is your soil mix? ---shpagnum peat moss, perlite and some other trace minerals. 6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering? ---Every 2-3 days. Rain water. I water until the water starts to come out of the bottom of the pot. 7. What is the pH of your water? ---7 8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio? ---not sure of the bran but it's 24-8-16. I'll switch to a 15-30-15 when the plant begins to flower. 9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? ---No 10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") ---The sun 11. How close are your lights to the plants? ---93 million miles 12. What size is your grow space in square feet? ---my yard 13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? ---temp ranges from 70-90. Humidity ranges from 50%-90% 14. What is the pH of the soil? ---7.1 15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? ---yes there are some bugs crawling around on the ground near the pots and some flies land on them every once in a while. 16. How much experience do you have growing ---none

The brown rust spots on the tops of the lower leaves. Also, on the bottom of the leaves, there are a lot of black spots.

Do you water during the day?
If so the water droplets act like a magnifying glass and burns the leaves.

Bottom foliage tends to die off to begin with.
All the new growth looks great, I wouldn't worry about it one bit. Although they should be in bigger containers. Rule of thumb is to not transplant autoflowering strains. So you usually want to start them in a container big enough to go through the entire growth cycle.

Thanks for the reassurance and advice about transferring, it's much appreciated.
EDIT: Also, the plants are in 3 gallon 16 inch pots now. The 4 inch pots were what I started them in and then I transferred to the 3 gallon ones last sunday.
