If your going to go gorilla style and grow in a hidden place in the wild some things you're gonna need.
Rubbermade container to bury. For keeping stuff in like nutrients so you don't have to haul every time.
Hose connectors. Depending on how large you like to go.
hose connectors can save your ass.
Camouflage Duct tape
Bailing wire
Silicone
Super Glue and some epoxy
Trimmers for the surrounding vegetation.
Natural color twine.
Fishing wire
Something to keep the wildlife away. I use synthetic lions urine. Not the native mountain lion but the kind from Africa. When I use that shit I don't even see birds in the area let alone deer. I don't know if they know what it is but they seem to know they don't want any part of it.
So if your a deer and you think this is in the area You're probably not going in that area.
Remember to where shoes with carpet glued to the bottom if your serious. This stops you from leaving tracks.
Start preparing your area in the winter when people aren't as likely to stumble across you and hear digging and crap. Then in spring you drop in, place the plants and gone.
First aid kit
Something for poison oak (depending on the grow area) and insect bites. That way you get on it right away.
Hand pump. If the water lines go down (due to animal or natural occurrence) you can get water to the plants.
Dildo and lube. If somebody finds the garden your fucked so you might as well fuck yourself and get it over-with now.

I'll be doing so auto flowers this year. Only getting to about 3 ft tall is a big plus for me and the fast sexing.
Love that Lion thing. Damn my area has more than its share of deer.

Thanks for the comments. Started outdoors in the early 80s helping my brother grow huge crops. Then the choppers came and I was lucky enough to start learning about indoor growing just as it was starting. First were grow tubes that were just floro tubes with a daylight spectrum. Then came HPS and MH bulbs and everything changed. Then in the early 90s I got my own chunk of land in Nor Cal and started growing outdoors again and kept growing indoors. Been doing both ever since. This makes my 28th year using MH and HPS lights.

You can start as early as March here in Southern California.

What are the indicators that the growing season has started for outdoor cultivation? hours of light? temps? weather patterns?
The answer to this question might help a person from any region get a better feel for when the season starts in their particular area.
