I did some kinda crazy monkey swing maneuver at work and tore a muscle in my back. Every time i swallowed for the past few days it made my back have a crazy spasm that forced out a pain scream lmao. Been total hell. I figured when i quit drinking I'd stop getting hurt haha.
But I finally got some sleep last night, waiting to chill with my fam and smoke some buds. Kids don't get the weekend off tho so I can't get em too high.
