It's been pretty damn warm during the day, I can't wait until winter actually gets here.

Cleaned up my apartment today, something that really needed to be done.

Yea man get into it, I played squash for an hour then hit the weights, so much easier to get motivation in the heat, plus the squash court is next to the pool so the humidity was crazy.
Wow packed a little too much into my bong and snapped it all,

Ive been into it before, I have just been lazy and putting those dope days behind me. Now I am starting to eat good again and put on some weight. 15-20lbs in 32 days.
I usually play basketball first to get my blood pumping

It's awesome, lowest it gets here in the Valley is about 45-50. Then you go 1-2 hours north to our mountains and you got feet of snow

i worked out today too 
200 pushups (6 sets),40 woodchops(55lb dumbell), 35 chin ups ( sets), 120 crunches, then 40 dumbell raises
then it was protien shake, dog walk, supper, kratom...
Then bubbba kush

i take 12-20 capsules depending on how high i wanna get.
Its great cuz there is no hang over. I used to pop percs , but the next day i felt like a zombie. couldn't hit the gym hard at all...
with kratom i get nicely high (got good euphoria right now), and i can wake up and hit the gym hard, no shitty feelin like pain pills
kratom is a winner, if u use it right

they are .50 capsules ()()...
so 6-9 grams is my usual dosage
i buy it by the kilo for about $150. (1000 grams / 8 grams (my dose) : 125. $150 /125 : $1.20)
so its just over $1 for a good dose (in bulk)
.. i have found sites that do like $60-$80 a kilo, but the quality was shit comaried to my fav. vendor. Its better to spend a bit more for a good quality vendo imo.

Studying for some douchy finals. All the while contemplating transferring to a different college cause I'm not really feeling my degree at the moment.
Just started studying graphic programming in c++ and setting up visual for for some game programming woooo!
