It is a shame really. I love the feeling of it, but it 100% of the time makes me puke, and feel nauseated for the rest of the day. I've tried everything I can think of to prevent it (ginger, antacids, empty stomach, grapefruit juice, making tea, capsules, hot water extract). I've only had bali and white vein thai so far but both the same thing. Kratom...why you hate me for?

Same thing for me. No matter what dosage or the method of consumption I got uncomfortably nauseous.
I think I'll try it again and build up the dosage very slowly starting very small.

Its always like that for me after a break. One thing that helped in the past was a motion sickness chewable called Bonnie. Let me find a link real quick.
It will help for the first couple days and once your body gets use to it, you will no longer need to take the pill.

I get that too 
It's not a motion sickness thing for me which opiates always do to me in significant doses, but just an indigestion thing unfortunately. I think its all that plant matter in my guts that makes me sick.

Sounds silly to me, taking drugs to make other drugs "not feel bad". If something is gonna make me nauseous and vomit every time I do it, I don't do it.

Seriously though, the sickness only lasts a few days and then you're golden. The pos out weighs the negs immensely.

This was actually my rationale for deciding to stop trying lol. I still feel uneasy from yesterday. Mine is a motion sickness for sure, which I'm already pretty sensitive to. I took about 5.4g with a pastry and was projectile vomiting 2 hours later. The leaf matter came out of my nose because I was holding my mouth when I puked. While I was typing this, I reminded myself of it and threw up again

My first dose ever was 7g and a couple after that I did 14

I did try lower doses when I was experimenting and still got nauseous, but maybe that was a reactionary/conditioning sort of thing from the excessive doses. I will give it another shot sooner or later.

I had the same problem for a long time.
Then I started to have some alcohol with my doses and all my nausea went away.
Maybe that will help?
I  kratom now.

If I take anything less than 5g, I have no effect at all besides tasting it when I burp. I stopped drinking years ago so it isn't a good option for me. The only thing I can think of is maybe an A/B extraction. I have such a negative association with kratom now, I might not ever actually get to enjoy it. Maybe for the best since my body is saying it doesn't want it lol.
