A dry mushroom is going to contain almost the same amount of Psilocybin as a fresh one.
But none of that matters. Whether you hunt for them, or buy ridiculously overpriced cubes off the street that may be contaminated because they're wet and have probably become a host for bacteria after being exposed to anything, what's important is that you consume your mushrooms in great quantities.
Pilz, if you actually ever wound up buying 45 grams of wet mushrooms you'd have to eat all of them to get the effects you want and need.
Otherwise, I highly recommend 5 grams of regular dried cubes.
All other questions you should really take up on the shroomery.

10 a gram is straight here but fuck that
i usually find an eighth around 25
ive seen people sell an oz from 100-210
qp's usually from 400 and ^^^^
all of this is for cubes and psylicibens (excuse my spelling if thats wrong)
