im in my cannabis grow bible trying to identify these little flying white fly looking thigns but they are not white flys.. there is also some green/yellow ones.. they dont seem to be causing any harm to the plant thus far.. other than the leaves are eaten a bit NOT much at all and i think thats from other animals cuz it happens all the time to my outdoor plants. there is this fuzzy cleaish white stuff of a couple leaves.. almost like clear white spraypaint.
im thinking of just spraying some neem oil ya think that will help all the problems? my plant is in flowering about 2 or 3 weeks.. crazy bud developement all over

They are most likely aphids, they come in different colors and some fly. They can be covered with this wax or "wool" in which they secrete. the way you can mainly tell if they are aphids is if ther are are a pair of cornicles extending out from the abdomen like tailpipes.

I honestly wouldnt spray them with neem oil during flowering, although some people say you can up to 2-3 weeks in. I would use a more natural spray (without the steroids that neem has, they may taint your buds when finished) there are many other ways to take care of aphids if that is your problem. Good Luck man

azamax worked great for me outdoors. It's omri listed as well. Can be used foliarly or as a root drench.

i bought some azamax it should be coming any day now.. however. today in the rain i went to check out my crop... it looks damn healthy and good..i didnt see those things anymore.. but i did see some blue/purple tiny things with like a golden head they dont fly and jump like graashoppers.. so im guessing that what it is. i just pruned the bottom of my plant a little bit of baby buds that will grow no where.. but the main braches are filling out just nicely.. im worried however the surround weeds are dieing off.. i spotted my plant a hundred feet away.. but couldnt make it out until i got closer..

Nothing wrong with neem oil while your flowering. Just rinse them well with plain water 2-3 weeks BEFORE harvest and then dont apply again.
