I'd give it another week, or new set of leaves whichever comes first..also, I would try to thicken that stem. Either have an oscillating fan in there, or pick it up and gently shake it a few times a day..

Whenever you think about it, I guess it couldn't hurt to give it a little rustle. but if you need a number, Id say 3-4 times a day..

yo dog.
put a fan on them.
it will help thicken the stem and toughen up the plant as well as provide some extra airflow for the plants (it will mimic the wind outside) .
it is way too early to start lst.
i'd give it another week or 2 at least.
transfer it to a plastic pot and do this:
get at me on aim.
