That will only take you so far.
You don't want to put trust into someone that does not deserve trust, you are putting your life on that trust when dealing with consumables.
Saying something to a mod most likely won't help, but if more than one complain over time that's better than letting it slide. Edit - when I tried to say something about it I got rating raped and thrown in a lake (banned) LIKE 15 TIMES.
If it smells foul, looks foul, or tastes foul, chances are it is foul, do not take it.
I had something come smelling like a dead body that was sent from someone I have trusted and done like 5 trades with in the past that was meant for inhaling straight into your lungs.

Like I said, trust your sources. I only go through people I trust. If you dont know the person in real life, then I wouldnt trust putting something that I got from them in my body.

Probably fermented or something, it could have been sitting in the sun during transit, just tell them to send a replacement and if not post bad reviews and dont give them any more business

Well, I did send him a Florida wild print that had both wavy caps and shark tipped pointy caps about 6 months or so before this happened, he was supposed to isolate it for me.
It's in either Sublimistri or Layzadapipes pms.
I sent it for free, all I wanted was an isolate of the pointy caps, never heard back from him about it other than him shitting out these strains with his name and similar characteristics.
The speculation isn't needed, the big picture is what he did, and it wasn't proper, it was very foul and I could smell it from at least 15 foot away once it was initially opened.
I threw it out my 2 story window and could smell it from the window.

This is propylene glycol with nicotine in it.
Not really going to ferment to the point it smells like a dead animal and can be smelled 15 foot away strong enough to make you gag on it. Even if it could it won't happen in the three days it is in the envelope.
The only smell it has is the added flavoring which is very little, the smell doesn't change at all and I've had it sit a few days in direct sun before.
This was not even in the sun (envelope).
