I just recently uploaded pics from my current grow. I found, what looks like a hanging light. Ill post pics of that as well. Hopefully someone will tell me what to do with it.
Here is the pics of them as of today.

Yeah thats definitely a hood but it looks pretty ghetto. The best reflectors are ones that have the little "nitches" in them.

Do you guys think that a 400HPS would do it some justice?

Just to make sure you know:
You will need different wires if you put something that much juice in there, you need the fiber-glassed wires.
Also you will need a ceramic bulb holder not a plastic one.
(Also you will need an appropriate ballast if you don't already have one).
Besides that good luck.
