okay, so from seed, my plant is nearing a month i think either tomorow or soon after, now i had no idea what training was till last night when my brother said something about it and i was dumbfounded. this is my first grow and (as far as i know) its a green crack plant. now when it comes to LST i know absolutely nothing but from what i have heard it is the easiest training, true or false? i wann start training so im gonna shoot the questions i hvae so far.
What is LST training, and what exactly does it do?
When is it a good time to start training my plant? its still only a month into veg from seed, so its not very big
what are the stress factors, any other methods anyone would recommend besides low stress?
basically, someone give me the wrap on LST. what, when, why, how. Thank you! i hope to have a pic up soon

It can be the easiest, depending on your particular setup, maybe not.. You really need to hit up the search function.. Pictures tell the story much better than words.
LST keeps the plant shorter and makes it develop more braches, allows multiple braches to be at the top level therefore you get several main buds instead of one etc.
Without training your plant grows to be one stalk pretty much with one main bud, if you train, they can look like this:
