dimensions of new grow cabinet tell me what you think
    #479841 -

im thinking a 4x4 plank of hardy wood for front and back the sides would be 2ft wide by 4ft tall. the skeleton is either gonna be 2in x 2in or 2x4's havent decided yet. and in the top im gonna run two boards across top so i can screw into something sturdy for hanging lights. and of ourse cut holes for cords and fans of which i have two. o and split the front and screw in two lil knobs lol

Sounds like it will work, but you will need to use an air-cooled light and line the walls with mylar. If you want to do this like a real man though I would make all the walls insulated and seald so it would be quiet and odorless.

sounds like a plan...... im planning on using 4 4ft cfl's so heat shouldn be a big problem and im using two silent 8in fans one intake the other out so sound is coverd im not using mylar but i will be sealing the box air tight and linig the walls in flat white.

For something that size, I think 2x2's would be sufficiently sturdy. Unless you aren't too sure about your carpentry skills... Then you might want to go with 2x4... lol
