But is the growery not hoping for a user base that is different from the shroomery? If it is not then why create a growery? If the dichotomy exists, which it probably will, then a OTD board would be an interesting Idea. Frankly, I think a lot of different sub forums are needed. But, they most happen spontaneously out of an as needed basis otherwise with such a small user base things become stretched too thin.
That is my unofficial opinion on the subject.

Reason:
The current position is not to implement an OTD forum here at the Shroomery. As has been noted by many, this community is in its early stages and we do not wish to dilute whatever little content we have. Simple, concise, consolidated, and to the point - that's our mantra for the time being. As we grow and come to realize opportunities for new forums, that is when we will consider adding them. But as for another (what, our fourth?!) off topic forum, I wouldn't hold your breath.
