I used to empty out cigs and replace the tabacky with weed all the time back in the day.  It worked perfect when I worked at a golf course, I'd ride around on a cart pretending to smoke cigs but they were really joints, the negative part is you don't get as high with the filter but whatever it still works and if you aren't penny pinching who gives a fuck.

Yea, it will.

THC is very sticky, a vast majority of the THC will get absorbed by the filter

My buddy used to smoke spliffs with filters all the time. The filter would be drenched in resin by the end, but I was still high as a kite.
