JWH is alright, its like weed but more clear headed and its easier to function on(which I don't like but some people prefer) the first time i smoked it my heart was beating pretty fast but not to bad. It really doesnt mess with my heart rate anymore than weed. I never experienced much paranoia either. At a high dose i had a little anxiety though but it wasn't overwhelming.
I like weed a lot better though, JWH last like 30 min to an hour depending on how much you smoke and weed lasts about 2 - 2 1/2 hours for me.
My main concern about JWH is the heath effects, the short term effects seem pretty safe but they know nothing about the long term effects. I've done a lot of research on it and it has potential to be cancerous, but without any long term studies we'll never know. And with it being made illegal in so mant states, it will probably be years before the health effects can be determined.
I really don't plan on smoking it again.
