Lets play a game. Heres two girls, I'll give you some random specs on each one and you can guess the final (dry) weight from each plant, and then both plants combined.
Betsy:
Ivory:
OK. So Betsy is about 16 inches tall. Shes a lot thicker, but it seems to me that her buds are a lot less hard. She has the rest of this week, and next week begins her week-long flush. She will be harvested Sunday the 16th.
Ivory is taller, but as you can see, shes kinda growing horizontally. It would appear that she has fewer buds, but the ones on her are as hard as a rock. She has this week, and next week, and gets flushed the week of the 16th. She will be harvested the 23rd (maybe a little earlier...shes further along than Betsy but younger  )
OK! There you go guys. This is just meant for fun, I won't take anything to heart or get over excited from guesstimates. Its just a little game haha.

I did a lower guess because I've had some buds I was like hell yea this bud right here gonna be a half ounce by itself and I ended up getting like 5 or 6 grams from it when it got fully dryed.
It was quite the disappointment. Although, it was alot of bud for the weight I mean 1 gram of it looked like 3 or 4 grams because it was so light.
I miss the days when I was growing weed.

Thank you! I drool over them daily...so proud it came out nice this time. Spending the extra money on nice soil, nutes, lights, etc really paid off. This is my first *real* attempt at growing indoors...my last try gave me only 1 main cola that was like an inch in diameter...this time looks so much better haha.
Also - I'm not so worried about the weight really. I don't smoke nearly as much as I used to...I just wanted to get some quality herb, and I didn't care as to the amount. This looks really good to me, and I'm sure it'll be better to me because I did it myself, ya know?  I'm not looking to sell - just to smoke...so any amount I get is totally worth it to me haha. And I haven't even put a dent in my nutes yet...

Betsy at a final weight of 7 grams. Ivory should be drying up shortly. Betsy had quite a few more buds on her, but they are very wispy. Ivory had less, but man, hers are hard as a fucking rock (before the gravity!  )
So yeah, updates on that when its ready. Not too much longer! Pics and smoke report following shortly after.
Oh, and to be fair, I DO have a little bit of Betsy water curing as well. I forgot all about that. BTW, you guys think a plastic zip-lock container thing is OK for curing? I couldn't find any glass jars laying around, and the buds were pretty crispy hanging up, so I put them in there.
Also - plant genetics must REALLY differ. Like, much, much more than I ever realized. Betsy and Ivory both came from the same seeds, from the same source, and they grew into two totally different plants. Ivory had some WICKED genes man. Shes so sticky and solid, I can hardly believe it! Unless it was because she got a lot of LST...the lights got to the leafs better or something (someone in another thread said that wasn't it). Either way - Ivory  I think I'll share Betsy and keep Ivory for myself

I would use a drinking glass with saran wrap before the plastic, I remember reading something bad about curing in plastic.

I smoked the scizzor hash just now and I am high as fuck from 1 hit. I can't even believe this right now hahaha! My hands are sticky from the harvest, I just itched my eye and it burns so much hahahaha.
What a great start to my day!

That should be like 11-13g dry then for 18-20 total.
