not quite. it still has to go to the senate I believe. if the senate makes change then it has to be voted on again. other wise it's straight to the presidents signature.

Actually I believe they did it in reverse this time. Congress voted for and passed the Senate health care bill. I think it now goes to the president for signing.

Also, if you mean the reconciliation bill.
It cant be signed until Obama signs, i think it needs to already be law to have the reconciliation.
