What strength solution were you feeding prior to flushing? I agree with Coda it looks like phosphorous toxicity, which manifests as zinc/mg/ca deficiency. The pics fit the bill.

What portion of grow ferts do you feed compared to bloom? Could be as simple as backing off on the bloom ferts and stepping up the grow ferts.
