Hay bro what if you don't have a store that sells grow stuff near u and u can't ship through the internet. What kind of soil would u use if all u have is like walmart and lowes for soils?

1/3 perlite, 1/3 peat moss or cocoir, 1/3 vermiculite, all the plants ive put in this soil love it and thrive in it.

That is actually a soilless mix, not soil.

Go to any nursery and ask them for a light, fluffy, airy, well draining soil. Ask if they carry pro-mix-bp, it's mainly peat moss, but it works well (although that is a soilless mix).
Then, once you have your potting soil, grab some bone/blood meal, some worm castings, green sand, perlite, some guano, and mix it up according to one of the bajillion soil recipes out there
