We all have some anxiety to some extent. Mine usually accompanies nervousness before a presentation or something like that. I wonder why so many of you are suffering with this. Can the source of a panic attack always be traced to external factors?

for me alot of the time it happens for no reason...sometime weed helps and sometimes it makes it worse...
