I've never really had anxiety, but my GF has terrible bouts of it and says she feels like she's dying when having an attack?
She should be on Xanax or Valium so I can share her script with her... ha

Yeah I stick to cannabis too but this thread reminded me that I had some bars

I have pretty bad anxiety too and I know how it can control your life. i have a rx for xanax but it doesn't do much for me besides calm me down a bit. Weed just makes my anxiety worse (i cant smoke socially with my friends anymore) but I've heard good things about klonopin, might ask my doc about it. anxiety is a bitch but dont give up

yeah, i've got a script for klonopin and my mom has a script for xanax so i don't really have to worry about it, but when i have an attack it really sucks. i've gotta go to the DMV on thursday to renew my ID and shit like that really fucks with me. thank god i've got something i can take beforehand.

for a while i had really bad anxiety when i would smoke. i think(pretty damn sure) it was brought on by a couple of crazy/bad mushroom trips. for several months after i would get panic attacks and social anxiety. i didn't trip or do anything but smoke and take benzos as needed for several months. one night i ended up doing some mda after i was a little buzzed(so i was as apprehensive) and that kind of set my head straight. not to say that's what did it by any means but i think some time off from drugs every now and then can be a good thing. that being said i still have minimal anxiety and would like a kpin rx just to have something on hand. xanax i think i would end up abusing and i don't want to be on either long term

i get anxiety like everyday but just deal with it. i should prolly be on xanax cause I do have some attacks that I feel like i'm having a heart attack. my hr goes to like 180 when it peaks. sometimes weed exacerbates it which sux.

Some people react differently to Cannabis.
My GF has terrible anxiety and she claims that only Benzos, Heroin, and Cannabis make it better.
Some people get anxiety FROM smoking Cannabis though... I'd hate to have the problem

We all have some anxiety to some extent. Mine usually accompanies nervousness before a presentation or something like that. I wonder why so many of you are suffering with this. Can the source of a panic attack always be traced to external factors?
